Caeredwen does what her company says - she calms minds and has magic hands. I’ve been having bowens treatment for a while which has helped a number of ailments but I’ve also seen Caeredwen for counselling when I needed it. She is extremely experienced and professional at both but also caring, friendly and empathetic. Highly recommend for both services

I had never really heard of Bowen therapy, but on a Sunday morning ( Dec 21) when I had been up all night with sever muscular pain in my arm I was like “OMG what am I going to do”, I had a really busy week ahead at work and me not moving my right arm was not part of the plan! I knew as it was the week of Christmas most physio’s etc were either closed or fully booked ‍♀️ and then I suddenly remembered a lady called Caeredwen (not a name you can easily forget or pronounce !) that i had had dealings with through networking with my business - her business was called “Magic Hands” … I thought I’ll message her and see if there is something she can talk me thorough to ease the pain till someone can see me in the new year… a few messages early on that Sunday morning ( and I mean early 0700) and I had an appointment booked to see her on Monday evening - she said she’d work late and fit me in - she actually offered to open on Sunday but I thought I could cope till Monday and felt a bit guilty taking time out of this lady’s weekend, who I hardly knew!

Monday arrived and still I couldn’t grip or hold anything I could hardly move my arm - I was in despair, but 1 hour later after “Magic Hands” I couldn’t actually believe it …the pain had GONE and I had movement in my arm and I could grip - now I need to be really honest before driving to the appt, I said to my husband “will this Bowen treatment really work or am I actually just wasting my money, it probably won’t work but I’m desperate and have to try something”’? Call me sceptic or a cynic but I’m 47 years old and always want to believe something will work but 9/10 it never ever does… well I’m CONVERTED I have had sports massages, physio for years on certain ailments on my poor body all never really delivering and here an hour after seeing Caeredwen my arm felt nearly cured …. All I can say is Caeredwen and Magic Hands - where have you been all my life? and thank goodness I have now found you .. Thank you for being you and putting yourself out to help me, I’ve been telling everyone about you!

I found Bowen with Caeredwen really relaxing, and very effective for my niggly aches. I loved the fact that the treatment can be done lying or sitting, and fully clothed. I just wish she was closer to me so I could go regularly.
