Well, what can I say. Lydia's holistic therapies is just an amazing place to be. You are instantly welcomed into a beautiful little hideaway where you are the centre of attention. Lydia is wonderful, patient, reassuring and incredibly kind. Her treatments are just perfect and it's hard to just choose one!! So pleased I found this little gem. You won't regret booking in. Nothing is too much trouble and Lydia just has this way of connecting with you and knowing just what you need. Absolutely amazing.

I have been to Lydia twice now (and have booked more in!!)
She is extremely welcoming and makes you feel instantly at ease.
The cabin is always lovely and toasty, and Lydia ensures that you are comfortable and well looked after.
I usually opt for a little reflexology and then body massage. I always feel so much better after I have had a visit, and can’t wait for the next.
Lydia also makes a gorgeous cordial that you are treated to on arrival!
I highly recommend, and if I could give more stars, then I would.

I love my time with Lydia. She’s such a lovely and warm person and so easy to get along with. Her little retreat is beautiful and homely. As usual I had a wonderful signature treatment from her. We were all cosy and warm inside and the rain was pattering on the roof. Can’t wait for my next treatment. I highly recommend Lydia and her wonderful treatments.

An amazing lady working from her own amazing nest. My favourite getaway and relax place. As soon as you are greeted by Lydia’s lovely smiley face and great hugs, everything else melts away.
NOTHING is too much trouble , Lydia is so easy to get on with and makes you so comfortable and at ease.
Her new home produced products are just the best!!

I wanted to express my gratitude for my wonderful treatment last night– it was truly delightful. Your warm and caring nature created an atmosphere where laughter flowed freely, something I haven't experienced in quite some time.

Lydia’s retreat is warm, cosy and just so beautiful.

Lydia’s kindness goes beyond, making me feel incredibly at ease and alleviating my anxiety. The icing on the cake of course was the extraordinary massage and facial that followed – absolutely amazing!

Had my first visit with Lydia last night and all I can say is I wouldn't go anywhere else now. The communication before hand was excellent showing me the different things on offer to make sure I had chosen the the best option for myself. On arrival Lydia took me into her treatment room which honestly felt so warm, comfortable it is truly the most relaxing place I have been in with perfect lighting, temperature and aroma. Lydia went through all my history to ensure that the treatment being done is safe during this she made me feel so welcome and at home it really put me at ease. During the treatment Lydia continued to make me feel at ease and provided me with exactly the treatment I needed. I feel so much better today all due to this. As soon as I have my next set of shifts I will be booking again.

I spent the evening with Lydia yesterday having a thoroughly amazing pamper session !!
Lydia uses her own hand made products which smell fantastic and my skin looks and feels amazing and she even put a mask in my hair !
I came away feeling relaxed and happier than i went in ! Lydia just makes you feel so chilled with her down to earth,bubbly personality !
I can't recommend her enough ?
