After years of avoiding help and any sort of therapy / life mentorship, Kirstie encouraged me to come to one of her classes, which has completely changed my outlook on the support available. I feel like I can openly discuss in a safe, non judgemental, supportive environment. I love the different ways Kirstie plans her sessions, so much thought and meaning is put into everything we learn and discuss. I have now been to 2 of the childhood and life story workshops and I am looking forward to attending these each month to hopefully improve my outlook on certain situations in life. We meet Kirstie through my sons school. Kirstie worked with my 10 year old son who struggles to regulate his emotions. Since seeing Kirstie he know has different coping strategies and although he was already open with me, it could take a while before he would talk to me about what had happened. He now opens up straight away. Kirstie also helped me on ways to help keep the situation calm when a meltdown is happening and this has made mine and my 2 boys home a much calmer place for all of us. I honestly could not thank Lunar minds enough for everything. I would highly recommend Lunar mind to help.

My daughter struggles with her emotions and in particular holds a lot of anxiety about attending school. Her school understand that she has a really good connection with a variety of animals, in particular with dogs. My daughter has had several sessions with Daisy in school and she says that Daisy makes her feel calm, relaxed and helps her "troubles float away". Daisy is an incredible dog and it was so lovely to meet her and get to know her myself. I can see why she is so loved by my little girl.

Kirstie has been supporting my daughter (15) for a while now, who struggles with ADHD and anxiety. I have tried numerous services and therapists, and none have formed a connection to enable effective engagement. Within 2 weeks my daughter was opening up (this has never happened before). Kirsties' methods are individualised - this absolutely clear, and is exemplified by how quick my daughter opened up. After multiple years of what felt like hopelessness, we can see light at the end of the tunnel. I can't thank Lunarmind's service enough! I would recommend to anyone who's child is struggling!

Amazing support and guidance. I found the interactive activities especially helpful. I’ve seen a lot of counsellors and mental health workers but Kirstie has been the absolute best and most supportive.
