Booked a few groupon vouchers last year when Mel was operating from her old premises in Pont Park. After the appointments were cancelled at very short notice (1 hour before treatments) I had to rebook nearly a month later. When I actually had the treatments they were good, so I paid a deposit and booked a follow up. When I went back I was told the appointment had been cancelled due to sickness (but no one had called to tell me), so it was yet again rearranged. Went back a month later for the appointment and the premises were derelict. Mel has since refused to repay for deposit I'm owed back. This was June '24.
I've consistently been polite and understanding, trying to give her benefit of doubt, but enough is enough.
My messages are consistently ignored, and I've written this review to warn others about her poor business management.
I wouldn't book with her, and you're likely to loose your money.
There is no respect for customers time, she doesn't care if you've arranged your work and childcare to attend a fake appointment.
AVOID.

Don’t understand how you can still advertise services when I turned up at business premises on Saturday 30th but premises empty and being renovated by builders being turned into a nursery. When I contact you you first told me I didn’t have an appointment …. So I sent you a screenshot of your confirmation of appointment! I asked for new address but you did not reply…..Then you tried to tell me you were poorly. ?. It was supposed to have been my daughter mother and daughter pamper session but instead I drive an hour there and and hour back for nothing. No apology. No offer to give any other address…. Took the money but didn’t deliver. Hope this can be a warning to others ?

Bought a voucher from Groupon for a massage for my wife. Tried telephoning this outfit to arrange the massage but no answer. Left message and voicemail without any response. Can't understand how a company like this does any business. Contacted Groupon who were no help whatsoever. Now left with a voucher that is worthless.

Do not touch this place. After contacting this woman multiple times eventually got appointment. Turned up at time arranged and place was derelict. After numerous emails to groupon eventually got a refund. Groupon still selling vouchers for derelict address

My partner and I had a wonderful full-body massage here this morning. Such welcoming, friendly staff and an incredible range of services and products. The little shop is a lovely touch.
Jenna was brilliant, so lovely and gave me an amazing massage. I was full of knots in my back and I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and cared for. Highly recommended.

Took 5 months to get an appointment in place after 2 cancellations. Turned up, did not answer the door or messages to say I’d arrived and apologised for getting appt time wrong. DO NOT PURCHASE GROUPON VOUCHERS FROM THIS BUSINESS.

Rang up to book a nail appointment for me and my daughter. Agreed a date. Offered me a time, failed to reply to my messages left on their answer phone and by text. Told me on the day of my appointment the girl was still off sick. Terrible communication throughout. Won't be using ever again.

Booked through Groupon, and got intouch with luna and booked appointment for couple massage, turned up for appointment and told they couldn't do that time , we rebooked and when we turned up for appointment it was closed , we contacted luna for a refund and they refused ..
Stay well clear of this place .
