Lucy Seifert has kindly supported the work and the staff of Stuart Low Trust for over 10 years. Lucy was especially helpful to me, as CEO, when I underwent a challenging staffing re-structure. Lucy's guidance supported me in managing the difficulties and bringing it to a satisfactory conclusion. Lucy was able to get to the crux of the matter very quickly and had pinpointed the issues, and so could bespoke her guidance specifically to my requirements.

Most recently, Lucy undertook a series of 'transition and change' webinars for SLT staff, supporting them in moving forward with a new CEO. Lucy quickly 'homed in' and addressed every concern raised. Lucy responded with a toolkit of suggestions, practical advice, and food for thought.

Lucy is a warm, positive, and caring person, and an excellent coach.
