Amazing service. Louise truly is a superhero her hypno birthing course is amazing. As a second time mum it was still so beneficial to learn ways to cope during labour. With her wonderful guidance I was able to go through over 7 hours of contractions using breath work, I stayed calm and felt very in control the breathing methods really do work and a sense of calm due to all of Louise's amazing support and knowledge. I ended up using gas and air for pushing but using her breathing methods during still which was amazing. I managed to stay calm even after my daughter shoulders got stuck and I really can't thank Louise enough for her support and help to prepare me mentally for the birth of my little girl. Top service amazing lady highly recommended. ?❤️

My son and I have just finished the baby massage course with Louise. It has been a truly wonderful experience, Louise is exceptionally friendly, supportive and really wonderful at making you feel completely at ease. Guiding us to follow our babies cues really helped us to relax as mum and baby and focus and really enjoy what we were learning together. It has been an invaluable experience and something I would definitely recommend to any mamas with new babies, or not so new, my son is 6 months old and really enjoyed showing himself off to everyone. ♥️

We absolutely loved our hypnobirthing course with Louise, it was immensely helpful and relaxing and we found that we both looked forward to it every week, and a great time for us to focus on pregnancy and birth and learn together. The teaching methods were fantastic and included everyone in the group in the learning. Feeling much more confident and relaxed about things and sad the sessions have ended! Could not recommend highly enough!

Louise was absolutely amazing and I couldn't recommend her enough. We moved to the area really late and I reached out to Louise to get some support on really tight timescales. She proposed lots of different ways she could help and tailor made an experience for us. To quote my wife, "Louise's course was instrumental in helping me cope and deal with labour". With Louise's help I, as her birth partner, felt really clear in my role and my wife was really comforted by the support I was able to give throughout. Even near the end of labour my wife was able to focus on her breathing, slow everything down and bring herself back to where she needed to be.

If you're debating whether to contact Nestle and Nurture don't - just get in contact. You won't regret it.

We did baby massage and then baby yoga over zoom with Louise and my daughter loved them both. Louise really made it work remotely and I got much more out of it than just some routines. As a Mum of four, Louise also has lots of empathy and advice for the challenges of becoming a first time mum, whether in a pandemic or not!

I recently completed the Nurture Babies course with Louise and learned invaluable skills on baby massage. I loved the weekly classes and time to truly connect with my baby. The session on tummy time was a particular hit with my son and we both benefitted from the course. The delicious home baked goods and time to chat to other mums over a cup of tea at the end of each class was a lovely part of each week too. Louise was knowledgeable, kind and extremely encouraging and every class was completely baby led. Would highly recommend to new mums looking for some quality one on one time with their babies.

My husband and I completed the hypnobirthing course via zoom with Louise at the end of last year. The course was brilliant, it really prepared me for labour better than anything else I read or did, both physically and mentally. Louise is a great teacher, even teaching via zoom it was really engaging, but Louise is also very caring, kind and experienced.

I highly recommend the course to anyone expecting a baby - its not all about the breathing, it makes sure you know what to expect, what questions to ask if things don't go to plan, what your options are and how to be ready for any circumstances.
