I was struggling to manage my emotions due to life stresses and Louise helped me talk through my issues along with highlighting that I was putting unnecessary pressure on myself. I'm in a much better place and am now more self aware, which gives me more time to process everything before I spiral out. Very grateful to Louise for all of her time and help.

I have recently been receiving counselling from Louise, for the last 5 months. At the beginning I was nervous to open up but Louise has the gift of making you feel comfortable from the start. She is warm, patient and understanding. I feel I have been able to reflect more, at the end of the sessions I leave a more confident and positive person.

The setting where Louise is based, is very welcoming, with cosy chairs and always a pleasant smell. Despite my anxiety, I soon felt right at home and as the future sessions came, the 45 mins sessions seemed to fly by. with so much to talk about and Louise making you feel right at home.

I was initially worried about about the costs for counselling, but Louise's rates are quite reasonable. Due to my budget restrictions I could only see her once per month, but she was very understanding to this and I still feel I managed to get the most out of my sessions.

Overall, I feel the counselling sessions with Louise were a great benefit to me and although now I feel confident enough in myself to not have them any longer, I know I can get back to them at any in the future if needed.

I would definitely reccomend Louise's counselling service to anyone who is looking!

I recently got referred to Louise via my work place after feeling stressed and anxious. I didn’t know what to expect but upon meeting Louise she was warm, welcoming, accommodating and I found her really easy to talk to. She gave advice on things I could do to help deal with feelings/ emotions or situations and when I put this advice into play it really did help.
I’m generally a very quiet person and don’t tend to say much but honestly I felt so comfortable to talk to Louise that for someone that usually has nothing to say, well I didn’t stop talking to say the least.
I highly recommend Louise and although my sessions have now ended I have kept her information should I ever need her services again in the future.

I was quite nervous to begin with and had no idea of what to expect during the sessions but on the first meeting with Louise I felt at ease and comfortable with not only Louise but the environment too. It was so easy to talk through issues and share my emotions openly without any judgement. I honestly cannot recommended Louise enough. Having those few sessions really helped me to understand my past experiences and how to move on without feeling guilty or upset. Various tips and advice were given on how to deal with anxiety and insomnia and it has been wonderful and I still use them now, when I feel I need to. She has helped me to become mentally stronger and so happy with how far I have come within the past year. Couldn't have done it without your support and guidance.
