I wouldn't be where I am in life now if I hadn't been so lucky to have found lyndsey as a counsellor. I had tried counselling before and it did not help so I was not expecting much.
Its hard to describe exactly what happened during those sessions that helped me to reflect on what was holding me back and begin to believe in myself.
I will forever be in debt to her and never forget how patient, kind and funny she was with me when I'm sure I was not the easiest person to work with.
I could not recommend her highly enough because she truly is highly skilled at what she does.

So many years of therapists…and then there was this one. Literally a life changer. Safe, confidential, non judgmental space to work through things at your own pace with so many helpful techniques.
