We recently moved here and visited this butchers to give a try.
When we entered we was met with possibly the cleanest butchers I’ve ever seen, and the biggest smile from the owner. The meats all look great and we got a nice variety to try and the price was super reasonable.
The packaging too is amazing as it’s freezer safe which is amazing

High quality meat, the sirloin and rump steaks are very tasty!
He is also very accomodating with special orders requests, we recently asked for chicken feet, intestines and bavette steaks and he was able to get these in within a few days.

Best butchers in town! Beef brisket and stuffed porchetta pork joint I recently had were delicious and really tasty. Sausages great too and all at a very reasonable price considering the quality and variety of meat available.

Bought a piece of rump steak yesterday as advised by the friendly and helpful butcher, ate same evening: superb! Can thoroughly recommend, will be going back ( we unfortunately don’t live in Saffron Walden)
