I was treated for lower back pain by Adrienne. Everything about my treatment was clearly explained and very professional. Treatment was always on time, advice was given on self care outside the sessions and manageable exercises for reducing the chances of reoccurrence provided.
I am happy to recommend Llandudno Osteopathy Centre and the professional services they offer.

I was very nervous about coming to an osteopath after years of neglect by the NHS left me in terrible pain and no hope for the future. I ve had two sessions with Emily so far and have to say first of all the kindness and the fact of someone actually listening to me have given me back some of my confidence. The treatment so far has not been painful in the slightest and I feel in very safe hands. I am already feeling a slight improvement . I have been given exercises to do at home which I am doing and hope in time the whole package will give me my life back. I heartily recommend the Llandudno Osteopathy Centre and particularly Emily!

I had my initial appointment with Adrienne last week, for chronic backpain which I'd had since 2009 after a fall when my back ribs hit the edge of the kerb. The pain was excruciating for the first few years and I think I just got used to it becoming part of my life ... but not really ...it annoys me, it prevents me from sleeping, it stops me from exercising, and it's like an annoying 'friend' that I don't want to know any more but have tolerated for way too long. Adrienne took my medical history in depth and then she looked at my back, and then I got on the table and she started to massage and manipulate my ribs area. I wasn't expecting any immediate relief at all, none whatsoever. But she touched a certain spot and yes, it hurt but nothing I haven't felt every day since 2009 and the pain disappeared and it has stayed disappeared until today when I can feel it coming back again but not to the degree it was before. So something has worked and I'm hoping that whatever 'nerve' is involved in sending pain messages from my ribs to my brain is eventually calmed by further treatment. I look forward to my 2nd appointment in a week or so and getting this 'pain energy' out of my body once and for all. Thank you Adrienne!

Emily is great she is very gentle and understanding. I was walking tall coming out of the first treatment. I was in some pain the next day and sadly a monster in Colwyn Bay Morrisons picked up on this and assaulted me as I was cueing to be served leaving me spending Saturday night Sunday morning in Glan Clwyd where I have cought a could and this the reason I have cancelled my appointment's for now it is no reflection on Emily at all. Thank you very much and I hope to return soon.
