I have suffered for many years, on and off, with back pain due to a prolapsed disc. Recently I had been overdoing things (too much lifting and twisting) and my back pain returned - to the point where I was in so much pain, day and night that I really didn't know what to do with myself. I am self employed so this really hindered me. I went to see Liz. I had never had accupuncture before, so really didn't know what to expect. Liz explained the whole process and was very knowledgeable as well as professional.She put me at ease straight away. The treatment itself was completely painless (the needles are very small!) and believe it or not, I felt totally relaxed! The treatment room is welcoming and spotless, and tranquil music played whilst a lovely aroma wafted around the room! I could have fallen asleep! Liz explains what she's doing as she goes along so you know what to expect. I had 3 treatments in total and can honestly say, she fixed me! I don't know how it works - but it works! I would highly recommend Liz to anyone thinking of trying accupuncture. Accupuncture isn't just for the relief of pain either, it can be used to treat a variety of other things too! I have suffered with severe sinuses for many years and get blocked up or have a runny nose after swimming in a public pool, however after a session of accupuncture with Liz I no longer get this problem plus I don't need to take anti histamines for my hayfever totally free of symptons!
