Came to see Gayle for myself and my 7 week old baby, I had to have an emergency c section due to developing pre- eclampsia. Which had left me with discomfort in my back. After one session with Gayle, I had left feeling instantly better. As for my little girl, who was struggling with tummy problems Gayle really took the time to get to know what was going on in her little body. She helped also with her ability with feeding. We were advised to see a cranial osteopath for our 5 week old after his tongue tie was released. So glad we went with Gayle who was professional and very experienced with newborns. He went from sleeping for 40mins to 2 hours stretches after the first 2 sessions and helped his colic, reflux and both of our body tension after a tricky labour and birth. I have no doubt she has been the reason we have our happy baby back so quickly and got me feeling myself again. Thank you Gayle (and Echo).

I damaged tendons in my hand at the end of November 2024 and being a man I decided that it would probably sort itself out so I will leave it. I visited Gayle yesterday, after six weeks of pain, and within 45 minutes under Gayle's amazingly knowledgeable care she managed to realign my hand, disperse the swelling and reduce the pain to restore normal function and mobility. Trying to fathom the art of Osteopathy is a waste of your time, putting yourself in the hands of Gayle Palmer is most certainly not. It is actually like magic. Thank you so much!

I brought my 6 week old baby to Gayle as he was extremely unsettled and someone suggested a cranial osteopath. We have visited Gayle 4 times and wow the difference is incredible. He is like a different baby. Much more relaxed and settled.
I would recommend a cranial osteopath to anyone with a newborn, especially Gayle!
She did a thorough check of him on the first visit and we went through every element of his life so far in detail. We then made a plan going forward for his visits and care. We will be continuing to visit Gayle going forward, the work she does is second to none.

After a number of different treatments, mri scans and painkillers a friend suggested I see Gayle. I had had cranio-osteopathy a number of years ago and had forgotten how effective it was in treating headaches. After two treatments I felt relief from the almost constant headaches that I had experienced. I had another three sessions and found that despite a very busy Xmas I have remained very calm and headache free.

I think Gayle is an excellent cranio-osteopath.

Gayle saw my 7 week old baby following advice from a lactation consultant as I was experiencing pain during breastfeeding and he wasn't gaining weight quite as well as he should. Gayle gave him a thorough examination and treatment, including assessment of his tongue and suck reflex. Just 24 hours after his treatment, which he seemed to enjoy, the pain on latching had improved dramatically, and had resolved completely within a few days. His weight gain also really took off. He is now thriving, and we are happily breastfeeding pain free. Thank you Gayle!

Whether it is back , joint pains, colic or just feeling out of alignment. Gayle will sort it!
Thank you for helping me walk pain free, after only 2 sessions.
If you are sceptical of osteopaths, take the plunge and book in with Gayle, you will not regret it.
