I had a massage here but unfortunately it wasn’t a great experience. The massage itself was just average but what really stood out was the unprofessional and rude attitude of the staff. It made the whole visit quite uncomfortable. Definitely not worth returning.

After years of recurring pain and discomfort in my shoulder and spine I had a consultation with THE legend, Shanay. I was quickly made to feel relaxed and my concerns were listened to intently. The treatment that followed has been life-changing, along with tips and advice for stretches and targeted exercises.

On top of all that, he’s a thoroughly lovely bloke with a great vibe - feels like catching up with a friend with each appointment. My only regret is that I wish I’d have started my osteo journey earlier!

I’ve had sessions with osteopath Shanay for about two years now due to issues with my back. Shanay is welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable and he fixes my back every time. He has given me tips and advice on how to strengthen and stretch the muscles which I greatly appreciate. Highly recommend Shanay and the clinic!

Long-term knee pain, really struggling with day to day life, and keeping active, which is crucial to my mental health.

Quick phone call to a lovely receptionist who got me booked in within the day,
Met an amazing specialist-just from talking to me me for 5 minutes diagnosed my issue as hamstring tendonitis, half an hour later off the bed I'm as good as new, absolutely phenomenal result, best money I've ever spent, especially with the current cost of living, mental and physical health, sorted within a day at a very reasonable rate.

He has also helped my wife, who is a hairdresser with shoulder and back pain. again, with outstanding results,

Also gave me exercises and advice to work on at home instead of chasing the money.
