I had an amazing deep tissue sports massage with Angela at Liverpool Holistic Sport Massage. She was incredibly skilled, working thoroughly on my aches and pains, particularly my glute issues and shoulder tension. I felt so much relief after the session. Angela is not only professional and knowledgeable but also very friendly and attentive, taking the time to listen to my concerns. The room was spotless and had a calming atmosphere, which made the experience even better.

I'm disabled, with a spinal injury, which causes muscles to spasm and although I exercise and take medication Angela has been transformational for me. Very professional, accommodating and flexible.
