I had an amazing experience with Rachel at Liverpool acupuncture clinic. I came to her initially struggling with anxiety and finding it difficult to get pregnant with irregular periods and a lighter than normal flow. After just about 6 sessions I was pregnant!! I am now 17 weeks pregnant and intend to go back in my third trimester to receive treatment to aid me in labour. She altered my treatments each week depending on what phase of my cycle I was in. My anxiety has all but disappeared too. Highly recommend

I didn’t feel this was good value for money. I paid £60 for what ended up being just half an hour of acupuncture. The specialist seemed eager to get over with it, and although I called ahead to say I’d be 15 minutes late, I was still charged for the full hour despite only receiving 30 minutes of treatment. I had booked an electric acupuncture session, but the specialist only used the electric method for only about 10% and relied on traditional acupuncture for the rest. Additionally, the specialist’s hands were very cold, which made the experience uncomfortable.
I’m very disappointed of the experience and won’t be going back again.

I have been suffering with fatigue since 2021 and with having a physical job it was turning in to a nightmare. From waking up feeling like having no sleep and feeling tired in work to getting home and having terrible fatigue spikes. I was going back and forth to my GP getting test after test and I was getting relief from my fatigue.
Getting desperate and feeling like I couldn't cope anymore I done some research about acupuncture and decided to give it a go.
I found Liverpool acupuncture clinic online and it had great reviews so I made an appointment, which was all easy and straightforward.
My appointment was with Karen who was very reassuring and made me feel at ease straight away. She asked me questions about everything and not just about my fatigue and she told me she would help me, which gave hope straight away. Karen is a very kind and caring person and it reflects in her treatments. She is very knowledgeable in acupuncture and has a treatment or remedy for anything. I found the acupuncture and the treatment room very relaxing and calm. After my first treatment I booked a block of 5 appointments and because it was so good I booked another 5 block appointments. The treatment has really helped reduced my fatigue and improved my focus with positive thinking which also helps with energy and anxiety. Before the treatment i didn't think I would ever feel like this again.
Karen as also cured my 9 month sprained ankle pain so now I am back running again and did my first 10k in 12 months on Christmas morning. One last thing she helped with is my acid reflux too.
I would recommend Liverpool acupuncture clinic to anyone because its not just about acupuncture it's a kind and caring relaxing clinic and Karen as been amazing.

Have been suffering with a wrist injury that wouldn’t clear up. Have been in to see Helen who has been great. Noticed relief after the first session and now, after a few sessions, it’s almost as good as new. I also suffer from tinnitus and have had some treatment for that too. Fantastic experience with Heather.

I arrived with all muscles in my hips in spasm. After only 2 treatments I am now able to tie my laces with ease. I’m back to life. On the second treatment we explored my long standing sinus issue, approximately 2/3 hours after my treatment I was able to breath freely.i am genuinely in shock with the level of relief that I experienced.

Many thanks to Heather for accepting me last minute. I was in Liverpool on holidays and wasn’t expecting to be lying on a treatment table.

Having suffered from terrible sciatic pains and soreness and immobility in my hips for ages and having had no help from doctors and various types of pain medication I was a bit sceptical that anything could help but willing to give acupuncture a try.
Rachel was very friendly and welcoming, listening to all my concerns, explaining procedures and putting me at ease.
The procedure itself can be mildly uncomfortable (certainly not painful) but very very effective.
3 sessions and I feel a huge improvement, in both pain levels and mobility.
