I’ve seen Dr Sibia for new Diabetes treatment and I am so pleased! She was very friendly and supportive. No negative responses over my control or weight. She was understanding and made me feel cared for. The staff at the surgery were also friendly and helpful.

Been 3 times reception staff always great you with smile and continues when they carry on working.
As for dr she meets you with a natural smile in her room pleasant polite very helpful and listens to you before asking questions. When I left relieve I told her everything.

Dr Salotera called me this morning and he listened to my concerns and provided me with a clear explanations and plan to move forward with. He is a friendly and compassionate doctor. There is sometimes a disconnect between the reception staff and the lack of any sense of urgency. They tend to undermine what the patient is telling them. When your telling them the Dr is requesting an urgent app with the nurse and then you have to wait 2.5 weeks for an app.

I have been seeing Dr Sibia, she takes care to explain things about my condion so that I understand whilst also putting my mind at rest. She explains why she is adjusting my medication or starting a new medication whilst giving me answers to any questions i might have.
Dr Sibia is a good doctor.
