Went to a session. My very first one, was a couple minutes late and informed them of this as I had to travel by taxi and there was road works I didn't know about. The guy who I was in session with was too busy looking at his laptop for the time and made sure to mention that I was late and we didn't have time.

I had neuro virus for my second one and again, informed them within the time frame they ask you to.

I was met with an automated message to confirm my next appointment via email. Which I did.

Then got another text saying they had cancelled my referral as they hadn't heard from me. So I emailed again. Still no reply, you can't contact them over the phone. It's automated and they tell you to email then hang up.

Then got another text today asking for feedback.

This service has been invaluable to my family. I was really apprehensive to begin with as my daughter is very shy but her counsellor was amazing. The one on one and group activities are great and I would sincerely recommend this service to anyone with a young child struggling with their emotions. I can’t fault them at all, I was kept in the loop, communication is great and they really brought my little girl out of her shell and helped her manage her emetophobia.
