I was lucky enough to discover Lindsay whilst suffering from a shoulder injury, although I had completed physio I still wasn't happy. I went along and was immediately made to feel very comfortable, and felt that after an informal chat Lindsay knew what was required. Post treatment felt amazing, my niggling shoulder felt the best it had in years. Lindsay is always my first thought when feeling a twinge, or even just some everyday aches and pains. I couldn't recommend her services highly enough, thank you Lindsay.

She's also an advanced Practitioner for the EMMETT Technique which is my favourite treatment. Had 2 treatments with Lindsay, 1 for a knee injury and the other for a problem with my Sinus which i had put up with for years.

After the session on my knee there was a significant easing of the problem, unfortunatly due to my keen interest in Mountain walking i still have some minor discomfort - should have listened to Lindsay and rested it.

As i said earlier i have suffered with a Sinus problem for years so i was not expecting miracles. Suprisingly the day of the treatment my Sinus issue seamed to have cleared, this was short lived as the next day i was back to square one. Over the last week or so the problem as eased to the point where even the wife as commented on how much better it is. So the session for the Sinus whilst not being 100% effective as certainly helped.

I have seen Lindsay a few times over the last two years, with different niggles and injuries. She is fabulous! I feel completely safe in her hands. She knows her stuff! Her knowledge of sports and EMMETT is second to none. She totally understands the anatomy and physiology of the body and its biomechanics. I love the mix of sports and EMMETT techniques and find the balance I have afterwards is amazing, from when I walked into her clinic. She has great touch and every session I've had with her I've come out niggle and injury free. My body feels loose, tall, relaxed and the range of movement is greatly enhanced.

Ive also benefited greatly from the EMMETT Lymphatic's , so relaxing and soothing and boosting to my systems. It was so nice, I fell asleep on the couch for a while. Felt so great afterwards. Really refreshed and ready to go!
