Having not visited a chiropractor before I was a little nervous about what to expect. There was a lovely welcome from the receptionist and I went in for my appointment earlier than my booked time. I saw Jordan with a problem with my shoulder. He was absolutely excellent...was very thorough examining me and talked me through the treatment he gave clearly so that I now have a good understanding of what the problem is and how he can fix it. Came out of my first appointment feeling so much better....had the first good nights' sleep for a while! Would thoroughly recommend.

A really fantastic practice from the receptionists to the therapists.
I had previous injuries from breaking my back which is now fully restored. I see Fiona about once every 6 weeks just to sort out any niggles. I am over 60 so like to keep as supple and ache free as i can.
Fiona talks through what she is doing and makes me feel at ease at all times.
I would fully recommend this practice.

My telephone request for help was dealt with very promptly.
I attended the practice whilst in great back pain and doubled over, not being able to walk upright
I was seen by Jordan, who quickly analysed my back issues.
His treatment of my back has been superb, Jordan is very professional and also a very nice person.
I am now thankfully out of pain and can walk upright.
I would without hesitation highly recommend Jordan .

All of the employees are nice and caring and treating me well, but Charlotte is the best! She is always listening to my concerns, she adapts the treatment on what I need. I am really happy with the treatments that I have with her!
Grateful that I found this practice, even if I need to drive 1h and a half to get to them, it's totally worth it!

Tash is the most reliable and knowledgeable chiropractor I have used, physios included. I wouldn't go anywhere else to manage my long term shoulder issue and I have tried lots of options over the years. This service coupled with Pilates help me sustain a better quality of life.

I have been seeing Jacob regularly for about a year, and I find him very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
I also find his manipulation of my back much less aggressive than other chiropractors I have visited in the past... but it is certainly no less effective.
My initial problems now seem fixed, but I will continue with maintenance appointments at longer intervals.
The reception staff are always charming and efficient as well. Altogether an excellent practice.
We're lucky to have it in Lightwater.
