Had ScarWork on my 14 year old spinal interruption scar, I had felt sore and stiff in that area for a long time, I hadn’t connected the two. The ScarWork has taken away all the bruised feelings and stiffness in that area, and it has stayed gone for over a year. I thought the pain was just part of having children and C-Sections and had to live with it. I was even contemplating changing jobs as it was starting to interfere with it. I cannot explain how much it has changed the pain and stiffness levels in my back, genuinely feel years younger. Realising that this stiffness and chronic ache didn’t have to stay forever actually moved me to tears. I cannot thank Laura enough. Obviously I have returned for sessions on my actual Section scar too, Lara has managed to relax the scar and it feels and looks less ‘tight’, much more comfortable.
