I got in touch with Sarah in March 2022 when I was going through a really difficult time, and I found her warm and professional from first contact. I attended fortnightly sessions until September, by which point I felt much less anxious and happier in myself. Sarah's reassuring presence during the sessions allowed me to fully explore my life experiences and untangle so much about myself, it really was a transformative experience. I wouldn't hesitate to return to counselling with Sarah, if I felt it was needed in the future.
