I have only used Leigh for 2 sessions - he was incredibly personable and has a great and deep understanding of how to treat people.

Whilst I'm sure I barely scratched the surface of this man talents, as CBT was highlighted as an unsuitable treatment for my needs, Leigh is extremely professional and honest. He wants to treat people and not carry them through sessions that would otherwise be unnecessary.

Whilst I didn't use him as he may be intended; he did provide me with an unbiased view and advice that has helped to direct me through my personal grief and reinforce that the decisions I have made are positive.

I know for the future that if I encounter any problems that are treatable with CBT; I would not hesitate to go back to him or to recommend anyone to him.

although I had to wait a number of weeks for availablity, I'm so glad I didn't rush into things as the progress made under Leigh's guidance has been swift and impactful.

Leigh seemed to grasp what support I needed early on and remained patient while I'll caught up. Once there, there was no messing around and progress was rapid and tangible.

After several attempts at therapy over the years I made the decision to try CBT. On day one I was living with anxiety every day, it had become the norm and it was stopping me from living a normal life. I can confidently say that I am now living with confidence and stability. I feel content and excited for the future and believe that i will be able to manage any future situations with everything that I learned in CBT with Leigh. I spoke to Leigh over the course of 14 sessions, and I would be very happy to recommend him to anyone. I came to Leigh because I was having a tough time dealing with anxiety, anger problems and self esteem issues. While speaking with Leigh, he was able to help me understand why I felt the way I felt, and over the course of a few weeks and months, he was able to provide me with the tools to manage these problems by myself. Leigh asked all the right questions required to pin-point the cause of my problems, and now that our time together has finished, I feel confident that I will be able to handle these issues by my self, and that wouldn't have been possible without Leigh. I feel a lot better than I did before I spoke to Leigh, and he has truly made a huge difference in the way that I see myself and the world around me.
