This was my first time trying reflexology, and what an amazing experience! I wasn’t sure what to expect, but from the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and at ease. The atmosphere was calming, and Laura was incredibly professional, attentive, and knowledgeable.
During the session, I felt deeply relaxed —more than I have in a long time. After the session I felt lighter, more balanced, and I didn’t realise how much tension I had been holding until it melted away during the treatment.
If you're new to reflexology like I was, I highly recommend giving Laura a try.

I would give Laura 10 stars if I could. I've been to Laura for many reflexology sessions whilst going through cancer, redundancy and menopause she was always professional, very knowledgeable, welcoming with such a lovely calming nature and amazing throughout. Her amazing relaxing treatments which would accommodate how I was feeling with stress, not sleeping and my pain management but her magic healing hands would send me to sleep and I would always feel deeply relaxed, rejuvenated, floaty, less stressed and tense. I would feel like a new person after every treatment. My sleep improved, my recovery, general health and well being improved so much. She's a truly amazing reflexologist who I highly recommend. I can honestly say Laura has changed my life. I first started treatment with her when I was going through fertility struggles. She gave me the strength I needed to keep on battling. Laura is a great listener and advisor and will listen to your needs and really focus her treatment around what you need physically and emotionally. She helped me manage stress but also tailored her sessions around my cycle. Even now following successful IVF, 7 years later I am still seeing Laura for treatment. Having recently undergone personal stress I have returned to my sessions as a form of stress management. My body and mind was in tatters and Laura pieced me back together. She can read me like a book and always knows when I’ve been suffering physically or mentally and works on that aspect. She helps keep my nervous system balanced, I come out my sessions with more energy and my mind is clearer.
Having seen various reflexologists over the years, Laura’s approach is by far my preferred. Her sessions are calm and you feel safe and nurtured, I have no issue switching off and relaxing.
