I joined Laura's Together we rise programme to help with my fears, i worked with her for eight weeks. I can honestly say it was the best decision i ever made. We worked on my fears, limiting beliefs, negative thoughts, confidence and more, Laura tailored the programme to how it would suite and benefit me. When i first started i was fearful, self critical, negativity was rife in my head and i believed before i discovered Laura that this was gonna be how i would live for the rest of my life and not do anything i wanted to do or to achieve due to fear.
I knew from my very first session with Laura that she was gonna guide me to turn this around and she did with giving me tools to cope, patience, compassion, guidance, weekly check-in's and her beautiful self love journal. I feel completely different now after the eight weeks i spent with Laura, i have done and achieved so much while working with her, that i would probably never of done if it wasn't for her incredible coaching. What can I say, I literally could not recommend Laura enough!

After a hard year with family struggles, anxiety, depression and overall trauma, I researched what help was out there for me, I’ve been to counsellors which helped but I needed help putting my life back together.

Then Laura came into my life. Instantly I felt at ease with Laura, she’s so professional and non judgemental and takes on board everything you say. She helped me rebuild and change for the better working on self confidence, believing in myself and overall retraining the way I think. I have come so far in such a short space of time, I am only at the beginning of my journey but I would not be where I am today without Laura. Empowered women 12 week course
I have never done anything like this course and to be honest had never ever heard of an empowerment coach before.
Well, what can I say about this course,
I can cofindently say that with alot of hard work Laura has helped me change my life! I am now the most confident the most happy the most empowered women I have ever been. there’s been so so many tears across this journey, but I would say about 80% of them were happy tears. I never ever dreamed even in my wildest dreams. I never dreamt that I could feel the way that I feel about myself now to say that this course has changed my entire life. It’s just a complete understatement, I am now confident within myself and confident to bring boundaries into my life and the people around me. I can have conversations without spending weeks months years worrying about what I said if it was the right thing to say and how I came across. this is because I feel completely empowered within myself and I know within my heart of hearts who I am something I had no idea about when I first started this journey with Laura words cannot describe how this empowerment course has changed my entire life. It’s changed my social life, my family life, my home life. My relationship is even changed the relationship that I have with my dog. Yes I really mean that they change the relationship that I have with my body and the relationship that I have with my mind. I have never been confident within my own body, but doing this course has taught me that the confidence comes from with inside me and it’s been there all along all I needed to do was find it. I will be forever. Grateful for finding Laura and for Laura herself she has given me my life back and there are no words that can describe how thankful and grateful I am to found such a special openhearted, beautiful empowered woman. She has simply changed my life.

? A Journey of Transformation and Empowerment ?

When Laura and I first crossed paths, I was a soul adrift in a sea of insecurities, uncertainty, and overwhelming exhaustion. I had lost my way, and I was afraid to take that crucial step forward. Little did I know that this remarkable therapist would be the guiding light I so desperately needed. From the first session, she had a unique way of opening my eyes to the possibilities ahead. Her wisdom and compassionate guidance gave me the clarity I yearned for. With her unwavering and consistent support, I found the courage to confront my fears head-on. She guided me through the maze of my thoughts, helping me make sense of the chaos within. Her meditations, oh, those soothing meditations! They were my sanctuary in times of anxiety and doubt. I attended my first sister circle with Laura a few days ago, and I can still feel the impact it had on me now. Despite not knowing any of the other women who were there, Laura created such a space of safety that I felt completely free to be my authentic self and to share openly, which doesn’t always come naturally to me. Laura led us through some thought-provoking journal prompts and a powerful meditation, and the whole experience felt like an incredibly healing journey. I even had my first experience of Cacao, and it’s safe to say I’m hooked! By the end of the circle I felt so connected, not only to myself, but the other incredible women in the room and the whole universe. Thankyou Laura for your beautiful work and the energy you give x

Laura's "Together We Rise" sister circle was the first event I'd been to of its kind and I was so nervous beforehand - I do suffer with social anxiety and I had no idea what to expect but I really wanted to push myself and I'm so glad I did! As soon as I walked into the venue I felt more at ease and was instantly surrounded with kind, like-minded women. The tent was such a peaceful place to be and whilst I was initially nervous to share with the group, I quickly overcame this thanks to Laura's kind and understanding nature (and that of the other women in the circle). You just really get the feeling that there is absolutely zero judgement and that everyone is genuinely interested in and understanding about what you have to say. And at the same time there really is no pressure to share if you don't want to - it's such a safe space.

The journalling prompts were really thought provoking and the meditation was powerful (and I admit I felt quite emotional during it!). I really enjoyed the cacao ceremony (again this was something completely new to me and I loved it) and we had a lovely opportunity after the sister circle had ended to socialise and spend time with the other women in the group.

After the event had ended I went home feeling relaxed, empowered and really quite proud of myself. I felt like something had been lifted off of my shoulders and I honestly sat on the train home with a smile on my face. It's also inspired me to start journalling on a regular basis!

All in all it was a really enjoyable day and Laura's delivery of the event was perfect. She clearly loves what she does and genuinely cares about the women she helps and I cannot fault the day. This may have been my first sister circle but it 100% will not be my last. ?

Last November I participated in a week-long self-development training and I had the opportunity to work with Laura in person.Within all the learning I gathered in the training, the impact of Laura's coaching on a number of occasions was definitely elevated the whole experience for me.
Her approach in coaching was made me feel blessed, confident, and powerful already during the session. As a result, I was not longing to see the impact afterward while I was carrying the Change deep within the session. With her compassion and the way she hold the space for me, I felt deeply safe and grounded.

I strongly believe Laura and her coaching are on the path of making tangible organic changes in humanity.
