Dealt with my house purchase without any major issues. The only complaint I would have is that they send all correspondence by post, while I travel a lot for my work. This lead to me not being aware that I had received correspondence until a few days after it had come in the mail.

Bizarrely refused to witness my signature on a document relating to my recently deceased Mum's estate, becsuse I "wasn't an existing customer". That's what you call a self-fulfilling prophecy - I certainly won't ever consider becoming a customer now.

Very rude and obnoxious receptionist. I called asking if they offered a commissioner for oaths witness service for an insurance claim. Only to be told very abruptly that they will not witness anything unless they created the paperwork first. They are even the solicitor I normally use. Well not anymore.
