Excellent service! ⭐
I needed my nano hair extensions retipped on a really tight timescale to get back to me by my refit date. On the day Lady Locks received them they were all done the same day and were back in the post to me by 5pm.
I really couldn't have asked for more to be honest. The retipping itself has been done to a great standard aswell . I'll definitely be using again soon, thanks so much ⭐

Sent off my hair extensions to be retipped. I posted them 1st class on the Saturday. They arrived with Lady Locks on the Monday & they were retipped and already on the way back to me that same day - arriving to me on the Tuesday. I was never expecting to receive them so quickly. Over the moon with the re-tipping service, sent off a few of my worn mini tips to Urban Creative/Lady Locks on Monday and they were ready to collect on Tuesday!
