After struggling to find an effective treatment for Piriformis syndrome and back pain, I decided to try acupuncture as an alternative method of healing.

Elaine is a brilliant practitioner. She immediately put me at ease in her beautiful testament room, and provided an in-depth assessment of my health and wellbeing. Elaine is the only practitioner I have been to who has looked at my health holistically. After 6 acupuncture treatments, I not only had reduced back pain, but my energy had significantly increased, and my chromic headaches were cured.

I would highly recommend Elaine and Labyrinth acupuncture and will be going back for more treatments in future.

I had acupuncture with Elaine last year following a traumatic knee injury. Was sceptical at first but willing to try anything to fix the pain!

From the first phone call with Elaine I felt at ease, and I was blown away after my first session! The treatment room is so beautifully decorated and has such a relaxing vibe! Not only is Elaine so friendly and easy to talk to but it's clear she is really good at her job also. She manages the balance of having a chat but also giving you space to relax, which I would imagine is a tricky balance, but Elaine does it with ease!

I did feel the acupuncture helped with my injury and my physio confirmed that I had more range of motion after my sessions which was brilliant! It was a bad injury however so I ended up getting surgery but I have booked back in with Elaine to help with recovery and if nothing else I love the relaxing head massages she gives!

For anyone thinking of giving acupuncture a try I would 1000% recommend Elaine 🙂

I found Elaine on google whilst searching for an acupuncturist to help me with some health issues I have had for a while. Seen many doctors and I couldn’t get any answers and it was becoming very frustrating.
I had a four course treatment because I was going to be in England for a short period of time. And I will tell you that after my second treatment I felt ALOT BETTER!
Elaine is an amazing woman. She is attentive, caring and goes above and beyond. I always felt at ease during each treatment.
Meeting her has been such a blessing.

I’ve never tried acupuncture or craniosacral therapy before so when I first went to see Elaine I really had no idea what to expect. I originally went about a sinus issue but I soon found out there is so much more going on 😀
Elaine makes you feel really comfortable, explains everything she’s doing and makes it a very relaxing and productive experience.
Since seeing Elaine the pain my sinus was causing has really calmed down, I get less headaches and a cough I couldn’t get rid of is all but gone. And as a bonus I generally feel more energised and ‘whole’ in myself.
Would definitely recommend and I will most definitely be back
