An absolute joke, appointments arranged get cancelled without notifying patients, then take 4 weeks to get another date. Reception staff are really rude and disrespectful been at the surgery for 10 years but in the last 2 years there is no patient care anymore.

A doctor who listens and tries to solve the problem you're having. He doesn't rush through the appointment as though you're a burden or on a conveyor belt. A huge improvement on Dr Gupta.
