I went to see Sophie for treatment on my shoulder and neck due to a trapped nerve. I came out feeling so much better and relieved as I have had this problem before which took months to improve. I returned for only one more session and now feel ‘sorted’. Sophie is an excellent listener, professional and understanding. My treatments involved massage, acupuncture and cupping and worked a treat. I will not hesitate to book another appointment if needed. A very enjoyable healing experience.

We were on a walking holiday in Keswick and I wanted a spontaneous massage, Sophie was very flexible on timings to suit our schedule. I really enjoyed the Tui-Na massage technique, it was a new experience; very rhythmic and a lighter touch than a sports massage, but very novel through fabric. I also learned from Sophie's expertise in acupuncture and left feeling super relaxed and more informed about how differnt treatments can help my body recover. Thank you Sophie!

Wow! Having recently visited Keswick I found Sophie. I booked an appointment for a Tui-Na massage to see if I would help with menopausal issues.
It was amazing!! Sophie is lovely and very informative about the massage and how it helps with different problems.
After the massage I felt full of energy, clear headed and all my little niggles had gone.
I would highly recommend a visit to see for yourself how amazing Sophie and her treatments are.

I have had 3 visits to Sophie now & can honestly say that after suffering menopause & migraine symptoms for 2 years, I feel much better following my acupuncture treatment. During these visits she has also treated previous whiplash injuries which were making my headaches more frequent & has given me some massage treatment. Sophie is very professional. She listens carefully to the problems you have & immediately knows how she can help. I was at a point where I had tried all other treatments & when none of them worked, I thought I was just going to have to accept the menopause changing my quality of life indefinitely. I now can sleep & am not suffering hot flushes & can be me again. I cannot thank Sophie enough.

I’ve had 4 appointments to treat very painful sciatica alongside osteoarthritis in my knee. I’m pleased to say it has been very successful and has improved to the point where the sciatica has almost gone. Very relaxing and friendly experience too. I would recommend giving Sophie a try if you have acute or chronic pain.
