I recently attended Kerry's "Bullet Journalling" workshop in Hive Co-Working in Whitstable. It was full of creative, friendly and fun women and I was made to feel very welcome. We were all given our own A4 notebook which gave us a blank canvas to start our own bullet journal. Kerry kept things very easy to understand and took us through the basics of setting up a brand new bullet journal. As always, there were tons of laughs and lots of learning as we created our new journals! The two hours flew past and we went home with plenty of inspiration to get organised. Kerry even checked in with us a week later to see how it was working out for us. Thanks Kerry, for hosting a morning full of fun, learning and inspiration!

Oh my goodness, is there was ever such a thing as a life coach who encourages you, helps you see yourself for the brilliant person you are, motivates you, makes you laugh and turns your world upside down to the side it was always meant to be, then it comes in the in form of Kerry Hales.
Kerry will change the way you see life completely, except actually it’s you figuring it all out for yourself and it’s mind blowing just how strong you can feel mentally.
I genuinely 100% became confident in myself because of how Kerry helped me. This was over a year ago and as much as I felt more positive and confident immediately, it’s actually over time that I have seen my whole personality change for the better. I have moved on with my life and become the person I have wanted to be for a really long time.

If you are looking for someone to be in your corner no matter what, Kerry is the coach for you. I say corner, but actually I should say in your cosmos because her reach is deep. If you have committed to change, Kerry will match you positive charge for positive charge. Bring yourself and she will feed you the good stuff she has learned on her own path. 18 months ago I was 4 stones overweight, facing redunancy from a job I was bored of and struggling with low mood. The moods still come and go but the fat is gone and I'm on a path I believe in again. Kerry has been in my cosmos throughout. Bring her into yours.
