Both appointments were kept the time . As always both the dentist and hygienist were highly professional and very efficient in what they were doing giving very good advice about what I needed to do next, For the health of my teeth. Appointment already booked in for my next appointment in six months with a text reminder sent immediately. Absolutely ideal.

I’ve only been using this dentist for the last year.
Today I did have had to wait 45 minutes after my appointment time as the Dentist was running a bit late due to fitting someone in for emergency treatment prior.

I have to say though, the ladies at reception kept me updated that Kaz was running a bit behind which was nice to be informed about. They also apologised for the wait which meant a lot that they acknowledged that they were a bit behind. I do enjoy hearing the ladies having a laugh behind the desk as well, makes it more “homely feel” visiting. They are very professional and welcoming!

That said, Kaz is brilliant with what he does. A great professional with a great sense of humour. I would highly recommend this dentist and will be staying here as long as possible! I don’t like dentist appointments much but Kaz makes it a very pleasant experience and gets the work done quickly and efficiently!

I visit this dentist every 6 months, in general it’s a great efficient service. I like the dentist and his assistants, always chatty and polite. The receptionists deserve a special mention though, I don’t think I’ve ever seen any of them smile & rarely do they even speak to me. I hand my form back to them,, they do their bit and move the card machine towards me gesturing I tap my card on it. No eye contact, no pleasantries, no nothing. I don’t like being negative, so posting this in the hope it highlights their complete lack of customer service and prompts improvement. I understand everyone has a bad day, but I’ve been going there 13 years, this is not a case of a ‘bad day’

Went in for a filling - never had one in my life and a tad nervous. Was made to feel really comfortable and was able to take breaks when needed. Had a full clean too which triggered my sensitive teeth but again was met with patience and care. Really happy with my new NHS dentist. Thank you.

After avoiding the dentist for years due to anxiety, I finally went and I’m so glad I did. I was extremely nervous, but my dentist kaz was absolutely brilliant and made me feel completely at ease.

The compassion and care I received were amazing. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt supported throughout the whole appointment. If you’re a nervous patient like me, I highly recommend this practice.

I was lucky enough to be included on their list of NHS patients after searching for a dentist for months x the receptionist was extremely helpful and when I attended my appointment the dentist was friendly, professional and explained all the recommended treatment for my teeth x she even gave me advice about correct brushing methods and suggested appropriate electric toothbrush that I could use to maximise my dental hygiene routine x very pleased x
