I have been going to Kelly for around 3-4 years for anxiety issues, and panic attacks initially. Over this period, she has had a huge, positive impact on my mental health and has been so understanding, validating, and patient with me. She's incredibly knowledgeable and was able to cater to all issues in my life over the last few years. I am so grateful for the work she has put in for me, I have become more confident and comfortable with myself and my life thanks to her! I highly recommend her to those that are needing some support mentally.

Kelly is an amazing counsellor who has made a huge difference in my own journey towards a better mental wellbeing. As a person, she is warm, friendly and makes you feel at ease instantly. Kelly is also great at tailoring sessions to my own needs, with each being different to the last - and this in turn helps me get the best out of every visit. I cannot recommend Kelly Enough.

Before starting my sessions I was very dismissive about the whole therapy/counselling thing. I was so wrong, Kelly has helped me so much in my day to day struggles. She has not only helped me find the root cause of my issues but also given me the tools and knowledge needed to deal with said issues.

Kelly has a great approach to therapy, an amazingly empathetic person who doesn't rush you or force the conversation in any one direction. She gave me plenty of time to talk and/or think about things then she responds with probable reasons and possible solutions. The whole thing is just like a natural conversation.

A fantastic and eye opening experience. If anyone is maybe thinking about trying therapy out, Kelly is definitely the person to go to.

Kelly was absolutely fantastic. Before I started counselling, I did not see the value in it and I did not want to partake in it. Then I met Kelly and it was the best thing I ever did. She helped to support me and I felt like she was really listening to me and I did not feel judged by her ever. She is such an empathetic and warm person. I like how she would let me talk about whatever I wanted to, and then she would pick out different activities and teach me different techniques to help me based on what I had said. It sounds very cliche but I genuinely wouldn't be where I am today without her.
