I was recommended Neurofeedback (NFB) as a treatment for PTSD by my EMDR therapist of 30 months. After only a few sessions my sleep improved (from ca. 3 to 6 hours nightly) and the therapy I am receiving as an integral part of this treatment has begun properly to ‘take’. Liz, my therapist here at Kedras, has been wonderfully humane and caring while at the same time sharing her own excitement at the effectiveness of this new therapeutic technique. It feels so very helpful that my strange, dark and shocking experience now helps sustain and shape possible futures for its treatment.
