I saw Kay every week for 15 months. I always felt at ease with her, even at the most difficult sessions, I always felt that she listened and helped me look at things through a different perspective, she didn't judge and really has helped me relive and remember things that I didn't want to face, but doing that has made my life so much better and I am a happier and stronger person for it.
