I found Kathy by chance, via google search, at a particularly difficult time in my life. The process of getting in touch and arranging a meeting was quick and easy. Kathy was warm and welcoming, putting me at ease to talk from our very first introductory meeting. The frequency of my visits has varied, but Kathy has always been flexible and understanding. I really appreciate her honesty and non-judgemental approach, which helps me challenge my own perceptions safely. My counselling experience with Kathy has been hugely beneficial and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

Kathy is an amazing supervisor, I had her through my college course. She was super supportive and helped me to reflect with ease. I felt instantly safe and supported and never felt that she was judging my client work. She was always available when I needed her and her knowledge is unbelievable. Kathy saved my life. If I had not found her I honestly don't think I would be alive now. Kathy gave me a reason to live. She is an amazing counsellor that thinks objectively and is able to help me see my problems from a different perspective. I cannot put into words how friendly, warm and professional Kathy is. Cathy has been amazing to me from day one. She has encouraged me supported me and been outstanding on my journey to be a counsellor. She has helped me to overcome my confidence and ability to do my course I suffer with dyslexia and she was amazing to put in techniques to help me and encourage me in my ability, when I doubted myself, she always believed in me and always saw the best that I can be when talking to Cathy about my clients.
