Katherine has a very loving and caring demeanour, she's personable and a great listener. I am very grateful that she was there to help me navigate a start of a new role. Over the course of the coaching, I acquired a set of tools to help me deal with challenges, which I continue to dig into on a daily basis. She also helped me reignite one of my biggest passions and gave me that little - or rather big, but much needed - push to pick it back up.

I really recommend life coaching with Katherine to anyone - I was seeking support to help me settle in a new challenging role but ended up getting so much more out of it.

My daughter had some sessions with Katherine when she needed some support with her mental health and relationship issues. Katherine was calm, patient, supportive and extremely professional. She put my daughter at ease. Following her sessions my daughter ‘s anxiety eased, she felt more self confident, slept better and was able to move forward with her life positively. I would highly recommend her as a life coach.

Katherine put together a package for me based on my needs. I received emails with detailed explanation, diagrams, books and internet links with simple and easy practices for me to put into place. Katherine is particularly caring and really believed in me. I feel more in control and would highly recommend Katherine to anyone who would like to change their life.
