There are so many amazing things I could say about Kate - more than I can fit in this review! She has been coaching me for the last 18 months and has been wonderful to work with. She is calm, reassuring, has bounds of knowledge (if you ever need to ask her anything) and above all she has made me always feel comfortable, secure and supported even when I've faced challenging personal battles. When I started coaching sessions with Kate I wasn't sure if I 'needed' a coach or where we would be going but the last 18months have been an incredible journey where I've gained more awareness both within myself and others around me that I feel confident in handling anything life throws at me. I can't recommend Kate highly enough, do just one hour with her and you'll know what I mean 🙂 It's been an absolute pleasure working with her and I feel like I've made a friend for life!

I would recommend Kate anytime as she is a kind and empathic listener, with a warm manner. Her sensitivity and gentle nudging makes her a great companion when stuck in unhelpful thinking patters and she will help you see the bigger picture. It has been a delight to work with her.
