Kate has been fantastic. My wife and I have been working with Kate since the beginning of this year. She took the time to truly understand us individually as well as a couple.

She has helped us navigate difficult times, find ways of efficiently communicating with each other and positively encouraged us to open up, finding answers and reasons as why we were feeling or behaving in certain ways.

Kate kept us on the right path, was firm but fair, challenging in the right ways.

I found counselling sessions with Kate very beneficial to me and they really helped me work through a tough time in my life. I had a few sessions with a couple of other counsellors before meeting Kate and I struggled to open up to them. Kate instantly felt like somebody I could trust and open up to. I have had counselling in the past and never felt that it helped me and often gave up with the sessions.
I decided last year to look for someone new as i was in a bad place and knew I had some difficult times ahead.
I spoke to a few and didn't really feel an instant connection or at ease, then I came across Kate's website. I felt an instant liking to her and thought how warm, calming and friendly she looked.
After a few emails and a phone conversation I felt so at ease and really felt that she could help me.
I've had 10 months working with Kate and can honestly not thank her enough for how much she has helped me.
For the first time in years I can say that I am in a good place and content with myself.
I honestly could not have got through such a difficult time without her and would highly recommend to anyone who feels they need some help and guidance.

Kate is amazing. I’m not sure how she does it but from the moment we met I was at ease and the empathy and understanding she shows is so comforting. I’ve never needed this type of support before but with pressures of work, other sh1t etc I was willing to give this ago. It works, Kate works!

I’ve been to a few therapists and I couldn’t find the right one, until I met Kate.
From my first session I knew Kate was the therapist I had been looking for, she made me feel so at ease and really made me feel comfortable speaking to her about anything and everything.
Throughout, my online and face to face sessions she’s really listened and took the time to understand what I’ve been though.
I can’t thank her enough for the support and help she has given me from day one….truly a genuine and amazing women.

I have had therapy before but it never really helped. I never connected with the person. The first time I spoke to Kate... I felt like I had known her years. I felt calm, relaxed and that I could be me and speak the truth.
I was trying to leave a very abusive relationship but didn't have the courage to do so.
I didn't even realise I wanted or needed to leave.
Kate asked the questions to make me understand me.
I now have a new safe and happy life which I would never have achieved with out Kate.

I cannot thank Kate enough for all of her help. I came to her when I was at my worst; a very broken version of man. With Kate's help I was able to talk through problems, this allowed me to dig through my thoughts and feelings and come to conculsions which would lead me down a path of recovery.

Kate was finishing her training when we first started meeting but it was like she had done it for years.She helped me through one of the toughest mental health battles I ever had, reassured me on multiple occasions, Gave me help and support and really connected with me like no other councillor had before.
