Following the 3 months I worked with Karen I recognised a chap I really liked and I attracted him to me. A short time after dating, Karen invited us both to learn the same communication insights. As we were both fully invested in each other, my partner agreed to come. Understanding our different styles give us more empathy of each other and brought us closer. We talked freely about what we needed in our relationship, about reassurance and being open about our feelings. This has helped us move forward in our relationship for me to really feel heard and respected.

After 6 months dating, we shared the final session to understand the Top Ten Tips to avoid conflict quickly.
We talked about our buttons now we know what they are to confidently approach and defuse any situation using this knowledge, a positive experience for both of us.

I have learned so much. Karen has taught me to keep practicing compromise (to share what I need and want, and to put myself in my partners shoes). I can now see my partners perspective and share how I feel and especially, what’s important for me too. The additional mentoring gave me confidence when we first started dating. When I felt vulnerable Karen was there to support me weekly. I would give Karen a 10 / 10 helping me learn the strategies for a more positive mindset, attracting my new partner I have been with over a year building our future together. I attended Karen's 2 Day Coaching Program and was pleased and surprised at how much I enjoyed it, and how much of what I learned has stayed with me. Karen's approach is well thought-out, makes sense, and helps you to reassess your 'dating' skills in a new way.

Most of all, I uncovered some very limiting beliefs that I wasn't really accepting I had, and getting rid of those has really boosted my confidence in dating.
