I had a really bad back. My muscles were in spasm, particularly on the left side down my leg. It was agony. I have had problems before and have gone to KaHa since it opened. They always sort me out. Julie is great and this time Ella was my therapist. As I said to her after 2 sessions, "you have magic thumbs"! Go to KaHa. They will assess your issues and help you sort them out. The therapy on the day coupled with the exercise regime they may set you will work. Thank you KaHa.
