An amazing counselor. I was dealing with very intense emotional distress and even had suicidal ideations but Jack has helped through the path to recovery and looking at things form a new perspective and engage in positive thoughts. He is very attentive and answers as quickly as possible and listens carefully and critically analyzes my case and why I feel the way I do. He is very professional and respects boundaries between counselor and client whilst still being friendly and was there to hear me whenever I needed someone. I highly recommend Jack to anyone especially people dealing with motivation issues, family problems, and cases of addiction. He is also amazing in other aspects but that’s what we focus on. Again I highly recommend.due to him I have performed highly academically , got back to working out, got along better with family and most of all helped with suicidal thoughts or feelings of worthlessness.

I have had a few 3 sessions with Jack now and am feeling considerably better.

It feels very safe to talk with him and the response is open, non judgemental and his reflections and advice are constructive .

I plan to take it session by session however I can tell that I will need less time in the counselling style he provides than I would in most others.

I’m definitely feeling more optimistic and hopeful about my recovery and the future.
