Adina is a wonderful breathwork practitioner, I've done a few sessions with her recently having attended some training together in the past and she has taken it all on board in her practice. She has somewhat direct analytical approach delivered with consummate professionalism which is very refreshing with deep inner spiritual work and comes across really well when explaining what's happening emotionally during a session. I'd highly recommend getting in touch with Adina for anyone looking for deep transformational work that breathwork brings.
