I first went to Lorna several years ago with some complex chronic pain issues, (caused by a spinal injury) this inevitably had knock on effect to my mental health, with reduced mobility, constant pain, sleep issues etc. Lorna was extremely welcoming, and immediately put me at ease. Her attention to detail is second to none, gathering a detailed overview of my story from my point of view. She is extremely qualified in various models (styles). Her open transparent approach really makes it easy to ask questions for a curious person such as myself, her way of explaining things is very relatable, it's clear she tailors this for each person relevant to how they require. After several months I really started to make progress, real change is not something that generally happens over night (as with most things) hard work and commitment, also some childhood issues became apparent fairly early on. fast forward to today, I am in a much better place mentally. I genuinely credit Lorna's work with me to this. Lorna does this as she cares and wants to help others, and makes it her business to do so. Hypnotherapy is an extremely powerful tool to use along with talking therapy, and plenty of empirically backed data, an clinical trials backing this up. Remove the idea of a man on a stage getting someone to act like a chicken in your local pub, that isn't what this is. 5 from me. Thank you..
