I’ve been seeing Jo on and off since 2018 for various reasons. I couldn’t recommend someone who listens more attentively than her. I understand counsellors are there to listen but Jo goes beyond that and always makes me feel really heard and understood. I recommend her to everyone I know and am always so pleased to do so. The work she does with people is amazing whilst being so kind and understanding. Thank you Jo, I’m sure I speak on behalf of all of your clients ?

I have suffered with Anxiety and Depression since 2016. I have had CBT therapy through the NHS but it wasn’t quite enough. I’ve always believed there was an underlying issue from my childhood and so I reached out to Joanne. I picked Jo as her profile didn’t boast about her qualifications, she explained what she could do to help. Jo is extremely easy to speak to and only after a few sessions she identified that my issues may actually stem from issues with noise linked to a head injury I suffered from in 2016. She went out her way to research the potential issue and sent me her findings. I’ve since sought advice from my GP regarding my hearing and will be having tests in the near future. Now this issue has been identified everything else seems to slot in place. I am more positive and I believe this is down to Jo just allowing me to speak and giving the advice when needed. I really recommend Jo for anyone suffering with Anxiety and Depression. Thank you Jo.
