Joanne is absolutely brilliant at semi permanent make up, she has trained extensively in order to bring her clients a 5 star safe treatment. She has amazing artistic flair. I first had my brows and eye liner done about 8 years ago by Joanne, since then I ve had top ups every 18 months by Joanne. Totally recommend her and regularly send my own clients to her

* Update (07/09/2023) - STILL NO REFUND. I've attempted to contact Joanne again, but to no avail. Please DO NOT frequent this establishment.

* Just an update (01/05/2023) - even though Joanne has made contact, to give a litany of excuses, I STILL have had no refund! STAY AWAY from this establishment.

Paid for my appointment in full (£350), but had to cancel appointment due to COVID. I am now not able to get the service I paid for, and requested a refund. I am being completely ignored, no refund has been made, and am having to take the legal route to get my money back! Avoid like the plague!!

I’ve heard some reviews really offensive! JOANNE IS NOT A MONEY GRABBING ACTUALLY THE OPPOSITE AS SHE OFFERS SEVERAL WAYS OF PAYMENT AND ALSO DONT HARRASS ABOUT HOW MUCH YOU CAN AFFORD OR WHEN CAN YOU PAY. It really upset me to see such horrible clients to say that about her. If you want to do treatments cheaper they don’t last , you have to repeat every month as with Joanne it lasts for more than a year. IF YOU CANT AFFORD DONT DO T, BUT DONT BE NASTY TO A SUCH PROFESSIONAL AND CARING PERSON LIKE JOANNE.

Extremely bad service with Joanne lee herself.
I've recently had my permanent lip blush re-done with a different company after Joanne lee personally made a mess of them a few months ago.
I received bad attitude & insults when I left feedback. Very bad service & unprofessional.
