Went to see Jo after achilies surgery. Suffering with the pain. Struggling to walk. Feel like I'm getting nowhere after 4 months since surgery. Jo was amazing. Didn't touch my heel at all. Explained the bodies mechanics to me, and worked on my calfs. Oh....the pain!!! 2 days later, they are still tender. BUT, the difference. I can feel it. My heel is still tender to the touch, but this is the healing. Yet I am almost walking, albeit slowly without a limp. I have booked another appointment in 2 weeks. Jo is also a lovely natural person to talk to. Thank you Jo. Will see you soon.

Having never had a sports massage before going to see Jo, I was very nervous initially, but Jo is friendly and she explains everything putting you instantly at ease. I went to Jo as I have a desk job which results in poor posture and muscle tension. I've been going to see Jo for over a year now and will continue to do so as she remedies my problems every time. I would definitely recommend Jo to all.

Absolutely love coming for my treatments with Jo - she’s such a fantastic lady, she knows exactly where my problems are and makes me feel so comfortable. I’ve been going to Jo for nearly 3 years and I’ve never had a massage like it - if you’re looking for deep tissue massage then Jo is the lady you need! Those hands, forearms and elbows are deadly!!!
I always come out feeling better than when I first walked in and I can not recommend her enough because words and reviews don’t do her justice - book yourself in and you’ll know what I mean.
Another piece of advice - get as many appointments booked in as you can - Jo is a woman in demand! I book in for the full year just so I know I’ve got my appointments and I don’t miss out!!

Wow!!! Jo is a wonder with those hands! Had continuous back due to my strenuous line of work. My back felt better after my first session with Jo. I now go every or every other week to maintain my back health or anywhere else I feel the strain.
