Jo is a fantastic coach and mentor that uses a wonderful holistic approach to assist her mentees in career development. I did Jo's Vision Board workshop and as we were in lockdown it was on Zoom. It worked really well for me. I liked the guidance and support and the ability to work on my own. We were encouraged to share and all my questions were answered. I particularly enjoyed how we were encouraged to think in discreet and specific areas which helped to shape my vision board and helped me "visualise it" (sorry cant think of another way to say it) but sometimes a "vision board" seems overwhelming - Jo helped me to focus on the areas I wanted to have on my Vision Board.

I really enjoyed it and would recommend it. I'm constantly adding to the board - its never finished!
