Jo became a part of my life at arguably the lowest point I have ever been at. This was my first time at counselling and I was hugely apprehensive but Jo has been fantastic and gave me the power and confidence to completely change things around.

Ultimately I walked away from what I know now was a toxic marriage and I couldn’t thank Jo more for being there to listen, to give impartial advice and offer a completely different view point on things.

Jo has been really great. Me and my husband went to Jo for couples counseling and it has been really helpful. You can get too involved in your own issues sometimes and Jo was a great way of putting things into perspective. Often with issues that seemed impossible, Jo managed to explain them in a simple and practical way. It still takes work but doesn't seem impossible anymore. Me and my husband have made a lot of progress and now I am seeing her on a one to one basis. She helps me work out things from my past bit by bit without it becoming overwhelming.
Therapy is hard but Jo is intuitive and kind. She really listens has lots of effective advice that is working. I have even recommended her to friends.

Me and my husband have been having zoom sessions with Jo since Jan. The amount of progress we have made individually and as a couple is enormous. Family and friends have been commenting on the change in us as people and we can really see how far we have come.
