I was really nervous about seeing a counsellor until I met Janine - she is remarkable at what she does and truly helped me get my life back together when I didn't think it was possible. Janine is reliable, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about mental health, but never comes over as being condescending or like your concerns are beneath her, which I've experienced with other professionals.

Janine has such a soothing manner and friendly way about her that it sometimes feels more like talking to a friend than a professional! She helped me work through everything and come up with ways to move forward and I never once felt judged, only empathised with. Nothing seems to phase her or make her exasperated. It's clear that she just wants to do anything she can to help you, and that comes across strongly from the moment you meet her. You really feel like you have someone firmly on your side / on your team when you work with Janine.

I honestly cannot reccomend her highly enough to anyone who might need some help. Janine is an absolute credit to her profession.
