I have started working with Jess this year and had a few energy healing sessions in the last 6 months. It has been a challenging year on many levels for me and I decided that now is the time to properly look into the areas of life that cause me pain.

Jess has been very supportive. She is a great listener and gives me time to share what has been going on in my life before each healing session. The way she works is very gentle and I love that this can be done remotely. I experience each healing as deep relaxation and no matter what we work on the tightness and the pain seem to be lifted afterwards.

Jess is very intuitive and has a beautiful gift that is helping me to release old patterns and emotions so I can live my life from a more grounded space. I feel privileged to be able to work with her bi-monthly, she is an absolute gift.

For me personally, deciding to have healing and spiritual counselling with Jess is one of the best decisions I've ever made.

I had never done anything like this before, and I didn't even know what healing or spiritual counselling was. But my sister had been to see Jess, and recommended it so highly, that I thought it was worth a try. I was and continue to be blown away by my sessions with Jess. Her counselling and healing process manages to reach places that 'normal' counselling just couldn't touch.

Her process manages to go deeper than talking therapy, and yet, because Jess herself is so gentle and sensitive to your needs within the session, it does not feel invasive in any way. The session is completely tailored to your needs and to what you are comfortable with. My sessions with Jess have resulted in the healing of a lot of past trauma, and I always leave her sessions feeling amazing.

I cannot recommend Jess highly enough. If you are looking to know yourself more, heal yourself, connect with yourself, or all of the above and more then book yourself a session.

Healing sessions with Jess have helped me enormously. Jess has the loveliest manner, her nature is such that you trust her completely and feel totally comfortable sharing any issues that come up. She has a range of skills and techniques to ensure that you get what you need from each session, and I always feel noticeable shifts after every one. Healing with Jess has been nothing short of a revelation, so much has improved in my life since we began.

Jess is a wonderful healer and energy worker, who has provided distance theta energy sessions that I have found very powerful, restful and effective. I have received support from tooth ache to general discomfort, to the processing of grief. And all from my sofa! It is like being in your deepest ever meditatiom but with someone at the end telling you where you have been and what your body wants you to know. I highly recommend her.

Jessica is a professional therapist with amazing abilities to connect with different dimensions of time and space, so we can heal our wounds, trapped somewhere.
